how can i improve my shot speed?

Weight training, make sure your feet are set properly and you use your whole body to shoot, and just take tons of shots every day.

the best way is to get somebody that is better at shooting than you to watch you shoot twelve balls as hard as you can and then have them tell you what to do different. no amount of weights and heavy shafts help until your form is good
