Alright, I wanted to make a thread for us goalies when you know of a great deal / sale on any goalie equipment. Update this whenever you see goalie-specific gear on sale.
I thought I would throw this out there that arc closeouts (http://arccloseouts.com/lacrosse.htm password -bats) is selling X Factor Goalie Gels for 40$.
I used these freshman year, and don't have many complaints except they didn't break in too well for me. Great thumb protection though, I only broke my thumb once on about 4-5 direct thumb shots with 90+mph shots.
Anyone else know of any deals? Post!

sorry, but x-factor gels are the single glove that turned me away from goalie gloves completely...I use standard super freaks becasue I don't like a restricting thumb
It took me a while but I found size medium gladiator cp's at chestnut hill (http://www.chestnuthillsports.com/search_results.asp?txtsearchParamTxt=&txtsearchParamCat=5&txtsearchParamType=ALL&iLevel=1&txtsearchParamMan=ALL&txtsearchParamVen=ALL&txtFromSearch=fromSearch&btnSearch.x=22&btnSearch.y=14) and they're impossible to find since they've been discontinued

yeah man the gels were the glove that broke more thumbs and left me with more bloody nails than I ever expected.
not to stay off topic or anything, but I've been using my X-factor goalies for 4 years now. I had broken my thumb 3 times in two years and since using them I've only gotten minor bruises. Obviously, everyone is going to have different experiences but I just wanted to throw out a positive one

hey if you want any thing that they happen to have at dick's sports go here first http://www.couponcabin.com/coupons/dicks-sporting-goods/index.htm
they ussually have a 20% off coupin you click on that and then itll take you to dickssportinggoods.com but every item will say 20% of on the bottom and will calculate and deduct it from the bottom. so any really mainstream equipment will be there
