Attracting American recrutiment to Canada

I live in Ontario, Canada where field lax is not very popular/competitve in the high school level. I was wondering if anyoen could provide me with some suggestions in getting my name out to attarct college coaches (D1 and D2).

There are a number of coaches that have pipelines and contacts in Canada. If you're getting noticed in Canada, and are one of the really good players there, you should contact some coaches and send them tapes and such. The top D1 schools will probably ignore you unless you're amazing, but schools that are outside of the top 10 or so, and most D2 schools will recruit you, assuming of course, you're good.

What are your grades like? Usually your grades dictate where you could play over your skill.

I have pretty good grades. The last three years i have been on the honour roll with an 80% + average, and havew also won a few academic awards.
