Well, I had ordered a piece of 7d from Jima, along with some stringing supplies when I also found a free piece of cata had been thrown in. Can't really decide which one to use now

preference......but cata rules.
Looking for kind of a pros and cons thing really, don't have time to string both up.

hmmm, they are both equal for me. 7D releases faster, but slows the shot down slightly.
Cata releases slower, but the shot is fatser
How's the hold on cata, I know 7d's is decent.

i personally like 7d good hold not taht bad of a shot speed and stays hard unlike cata which is ok hold depending on how it is strung good shot speed but gets really soft
