Usually the best individual recuiting camps (Dixie 150, Elite 150, ect) are by invite only. If you don't get invited, any camp with exposure is good. You might want to skip over the whole recuiting camp idea and go to a colleges camp that you want to play for. The coaches are more likely to see you.

Im not sure how many good recruiting camps are left this summer besides STX shootout..but there are a few in the fall you should try and get in on those

Dixie 150 isn't invite only. However, it's still a decent recruiting camp, plus, you can get a Champ Camp invite from it if you're good enough.

Jake Reed's Blue Chip is the best recruiting camp in the country. It's invite only though and only about 150 kids nationally make it.

Other great invite camps are:

Top 205 down in Maryland, but don't go unless you have made contact with the coaches prior, there are so many kids, they won't come looking for you. Good competition

Peak 200. Good northern exposure. Good competition

TopStar. Great mid-atlantic exposure. Good Competition

NE Top 150. Great for IVY league, Nescac, and Patriot League Looks. about 70 coaches + attended this year. Good competition.

High School or College Coach recomendation.

i dunno if i would recommend 205 unless you are really good and have talked to coaches before...its tough to get noticed unless you tear it up.

top star you will probably get some looks from but it could be that a lot of the stuff you get will be from d3 schools you have never heard of.

stx shootout was an awesome tournament i recommend that one.

hot beds is real good too.

hows top gun? i havent gone to any camps seeing as how i just started lax last year, and our school just got a team, last year. i have potential but no exposure, is there anything that i can do this year or is it too late (im a senior next year), and will just have to be a walk-on?

Play in fall tournaments.

yeah you can play in fall tournaments but you're gonna have to get on your grind and start calling and emailing coaches. don't be too discouraged if some places say they're done recruiting, because there are probably a reasonable number of teams who still have some slots left if you are really impressive. another option for you if you really want to be recruited would be doing a PG year or going to junior college. walking on is a very good option for you.

a good idea is to find a club organization, for me its all state lax in my area, and either make the "elite" team, or make the team if its only one, that goes to the Rutgers Tournament. That is a big recruting tourney every year in the summer

dixie top 150 was pretty good. i made the champ camp team and that was awesome. lots of coaches, but none really watched our games. i'd say go try out with a good team and try to get to champ camp with them

im gonna try maybe doin top 205 and peak 200
