Yea that is called hmm anorexia?? jk but it is not healthy at all, eventually you will begin to hold onto weight. You should be eating every two hours. small healthy meals, cutting down is fine cutting meals out is probably the worst thing you can do. Read up on things before taking on things that you think could possibly not be healthy.

this is by no means the ultimate final say in nutritional eating, but i think it is a good start and will provide you with a good idea of how to eat in order to maintain your athleticism http://www.stuorg.iastate.edu/lacrosse/stx/nutrition.htm you have to remember that not eating makes your body go into a state of conservation and it holds onto calories, but if you eat on a consistent basis like diesel suggested you should see better results. that a friend of mine at my college had to eat every three hours and he was huge, he even had to wake up once at night to have a quick snack. If you eat regularly and do it healthy then you should see some good results, just don't cheat!

Its good to eat a little bit every so often. Many doctors suggest 6 small meals a day instead of 3 large ones. I suggest not having as many snacks during the day, but having some good old fashioned carbs and protein. Do your best to not have just two meals a day and snacks in between. See what you eat, and always get 30 min of cardio/exercise a day.

Also, try to mix it up with fruits or veggies. Bagged salads really work well as a substitute for a lunch type meal sometimes for me. Soooo good.

Oh I forgot to mention, you will NOT be preforming at the highest level physically or mentally. it's smarter to eat, but then again you can't help those who don't want to be helped.
