I live in Indiana and I play goalie. I had a tremedous season at my school and I have excellent grades, all in ap classes. I am wanting to go to a d1 school if a send videos, letters, and i call the coaches, do you think I will have a shot? I have no problem with going to a d2 or d3 school its just d1 would be my dream, just like everyones elses dream is. I will be particiapting in showcase camps and tourneys also.

It's really hard to say without ever actually seeing you play. However, from what you've said, it sounds like you have all your ducks in a row, so if you have the skills, it's definitely an obtainable goal.

What grade are you in? Are you on varsity or JV? What was your team record/your stats? Sorry for all the questions, I was just wondering.

Wow, your defense must have been pretty bad or every team you played used a run and gun style. You average nearly 20 saves a game. What grade are you going into? The showcases are a good idea. Try to get in contact with some coaches and see if your high school coach will help you out. And just advice for your videotape, don't make it seem like a highlight clip. Get a lot of footage of you directing the defense and communicating, along with clearing and of course saving the ball.

Why did you make another thread? And in this other thread you said you played in 8 games and had 90 saves. Numbers way different that what you posted in this thread.

Obviously if you're good and you have good grades, you have a shot. Just get your name out there; there's not much else we can advise you to do. It seems like you know what to do, so go out and do what needs to be done to make your dreams a reality.
