In New York Is it ever leagal to cut your fingers and palms out of your gloves?

Yes, as laxfan25 said its leagal in the MLL, but on all levels of high school and college its illegal i think.

well is it illegal to cut the mesh like out of ur gloves.

Yup, it is like really illegal to have any (large) holes in the leather or mesh of the palms and fingers, whether ur playin under NCAA or Fed rules.
