well if i had like 3 pairs of gloves in a rain game id switch them b/c lax is almost impossible to play w/ slippery shafts and gloves cuz ur gloves keep moving down the stick and you cant do anything

Second, the boys were alternating gloves that day to be able to manage them fairly dry, I also noticed the boys changing gloves often, probably only for dryness and control...

and last, Doyle and shawn williams wore gait crap all tourny long....

Although I do agree team unity is one thing, no one does it in hockey?!? and on one note, as least we didn't look as stupid as mericans did with their throwback to the 80's look with those ugly helmets, bad jerseys, and ryan powel using an original excalibur...

They all used the Team Canada macs all tournament long until the final game. It was being televised on national telivison in Canada so I'm guessing that the guys who are sponsored, wanted to show off their company's gear. They were switching gloves throughout the game to try and keep them dry. I was standing literally 20 feet from the Canadian bench and you could see all their spare gloves sitting underneath the trainers table drying off. It's not an ego thing at all, its about winning the world lacrosse championships, which they did.
But I dont understand why GG put a cpro mask on his viking. Just seems pointless...its not like he could see any better out of it

Maybe Gait was using G-Forces because those are his favorite gloves and he feels more comftorable using those than macs. There's nothing wrong with taking every small step possible to ensure that you come out of the game with a win.

I love how people could think that Gary Gait would care enough to go out of his way to go against warrior. Common sence would say, hey this guy designed golves. He has to work for a company that doesnt allow him to wear the gloves he designed. Hes off the clock so now he wants to wear a good product in his mind.
