Does it help to be on a club team as well as your school team to be recruted by collages.

It helps if they go to big time recuiting tournys just to get your name out there and helps with exposure. If the club team just plays inhouse, it's good to build your skills, not really get your name out though. Anything you do to get a coaches attention is a good thing.

Yea like Smooth said, only if you are going to camps where your name will get out there. Playing some club ball cant hurt, the more you play the better. But you gotta be going to camps and recruiting tourneys.

if your high school team isnt we well known school or if they aren't that great but you are then i suggest playing for a club team. Because if your high school team isnt good enough to get the coaches to come to your high school games then play club. It's easier for the coaches to recruit you through club and more convenient for them

i think you can get around the whole club team thing if you can narrow down your schools and go to the CAMPS that the coaches will be at. 4 days of camp where a coach can get to know you and see you in several situations is much more beneficial 25 minute games at tournaments where your whole team gets playing time.
