when we texans become more suportive of our own programs then we would be that much closer to being considered a top team. your kinda attitude is whats keepin us laggin behind... we need to stand up tall. "I had a dream, were a texas team could be considered in the same league as a northern team..." :agree

well not compared to EHS maybe

for texas as a whole. nothing to do with ehs. ranked 13 in texas.. not really bad, but when you compare it to the whole scheme of things, they aren't that great. they never beat any top tier teams.. the closest losing by 3 to kinkaid.
hell if you compare hp, sjs, or ehs to teams around the nation, they arent very good either.

For california I would have to say that Torrey pines will be the team to beat with 2 straight championships but they graduate more than half their team so it will be tough. La Costa Canyon will be good because they had youth this year but will lose three 1st team all- league selections as well as a two time all american
