www.kudda.com - Cool website with a bunch of instructional videos (manly lacrosse, but a few other sports aswell). You have to get the free trial if you want to watch some of the videos. Great website for coaches.

Looks good for coaches who need more drills, nice find.
It seems like it has some good instruction, at least for the basics. As a defensemen, I wish it had a few more advanced videos, but all in all it seems like a good resource for drills and plays.

I can only watch like 10 second clips? I signed up for the free trial, but im not sure whether i signed up for the right one. Is it the 'Create a free account' thing at the bottom? or is there a different one where you can actually see videos?

there is no trial needed anymore. it is completely free. some decent stuff on there.
