Hey this is my first dye and first pinch. Thep inch undone a little bit cuz i didnt leave in freezer long enough. Constructive criticsim and comments welcome!

If this is too big, mods please teach me how to resize.

I can kinda see the pinch, but even if it was undone a little (even though you took it out of the freezer it didnt "undo" itself, it naturally expands) its not much of a pinch. I can understand if you wanted that pinch, but its not pinched much more than a stock AV8. Otherwise, its a great dye.

sure it isn't much pinched but compare to a new AV8 and trust me, you iwll seee the pinch. But if others say pretty much the same stuff you do then I will redo the pinch and postm roe pics another day.

My advice: don't change the pinch if you like it the way it is. I was just commenting that it didnt look pinched much more than a stock AV8. If you want it that way keep it that way. And (im going to take your word for it) if you say it is a noticable difference from a stock AV8, and you want it the way it is, keep it that way.
EDIT-I just looked at an AV8 at lax.com, and i can see the difference.

the dye is very very nice. but the pinch isn't really pich. you can't even see that you pinched it. next time you pinch a stick, tie the strings tighter.

That gets quite hard with a stiff head like an AV8. I would just tie a string and then get a small metal rod and twist the string till its as tight as you want it. Then use a dowel to keep the metal rod in place.

ok I am re pinching it now. pics up tomorrow. This obviously isn't my game head so it is ok......I am giving it a torpedo and its onna besick when I do that and am done wth pinch.

if your going to pinch, i highly reccomend over-pinching. I used to tighten till i liked it, and it came out a big fatter. overpinching is the key.

did that and it is perfect..now i just got a little burn on it with my dye salready there.

I think of I'm a bit of a perfectionist, infact, I hate dying my sticks anything but black because I'll always find a part where it came out a bit darker...
Stick looks good, but could be a bit cleaner(that's where I'm heading in that first sentence.)

yeah i know...I was a little lazy on cleaning. But what I tihnk you see is just a drop of dye on the bottom htat dryed.
