How to upload to Youtube? [Archive]

Ok, so I made a lacrosse video on Windows Movie maker. I tried to upload the video to youtube but I couldn't figure out how to do it. If anyone could explain how to do it then that would be great.

yea you need to convert it to mpg or avi
