40 Year Old Virgin Vs. Wedding Crashers

I've been having a fight with my brother on what is the funnier movie. He thinks its the fourty year old virgin.I thought it was all right but i loved wedding crashers. I have a bet with him on this, so I am asking the people of TLF to decide. If You have seen both movies. Which one is funnier?

i personaly think that wedding crashers is a bit over rated. I mean how much vince vaugh and owen wilson can a guy take. I thought 40 year old virgin was better although wedding crashers was pretty good also

i was pretty disappointed when i saw wedding crashers, I expected more...And I've grown to hate Owen Wilson, he's not funny at all...on the other hand, I saw 40 year old virgin in the theatres and the entire theatre along with me was laughing their @sses off...its a great movie

40 year old virgin is hilarious...in theatres. watch it again in your house. it seems as though its four hours long and you just want it to end. there are very very funny parts, however i believe wedding crashers is much more enjoyable and funnier. when i saw 40 yr old virgin i was almost crying in the theatre, then i rented it and for some reason it just seemed so long and drawn out.....awkward...

I think it depends on what kind of guy you are really. More sensitive go for 40 yo, frat boy goes for WC.

What's settled is that WC has the better special features. You can't beat 99 luft balloons by the guys from Wedding Crashers....

I thought Wedding Crashers was very funny, however, 40 Year Old Virgin stands up to so many more repeat viewings. The truth is that almost every thing thats funny in Wedding Crashers was improvised.......by Vince Vaughn and thats it. Vince Vaughn is really the only character that is extremely funny in that movie. However in 40 year old virgin there were so many funny characters. I loved Wedding Crashers when I saw it in theatres then I bought the DVD and watched it again and I just felt like it was just ok. Also, 40 Year Old Virgins storyline was much more well written than Wedding Crashers, but Rachel McAdams is smoking hot. I choose 40 Year Old Virgin Again, just my opinion.

wedding crashers by far. 40 year old virgin was funny the first couple times i saw it, but after that it was so like someone else said, drawn out and not funny anymore. on the other hand i could watch wedding crashers multiple times in a row.

The first half of 40 yr. old virgin is hilarious, but then it turns into a more serious movie, and the jokes are fewer and farther in between. BUT the first half definitely makes up for it. Wedding Crashers was a very funny movie too. It's tough, but i'd say 40 yr. old virgin.
