Does anyone know of any good man-up plays and how to teach/drill them?
Thanks

There is always the wheel...you get the ball hot in a 2-3-1 one way and then at the farthest top man reverse the ball, causing the defense to rotate...this leaves a shot for the wing man or the guy curling around from X..its either a pass or a shot for the wing man

we do a wheel. Midis set up one up one up top (center) and the the two lower and then the two outside attack lower but tighter and the other attack behind the goal. We run clockwise, passing it over our shoulders untill it gets down to the wing. Usualy it shifts there defense. Once you get it down, it works real well.
Wait, that might be what the guy above me said.
