legal or no?

ok here we go...
a couple of days ago berfore a go while i was stretching the ref came over to me and siad my arm pads were illegal now ive played almost 2 full seasons w/ them and out of no where they are illegal. are they cause i have a game at 6:15 and i need to no cause i dont have others. search them on google to see them htans

i use those (im guessing you play D?) and ive never had a problemn woth them being illegal

ya he said they were to small and i needed full arm pads from my wrists to my shoulders but i dont use the things that u can take off the shoulder pads like bisept pads?

that may be true for the league you play in. that's not the case for any league in which i coach/watch/or play.

are you playing modified? younger?

sounds like it should be ok to me, but i'm not a ref in your league. i think you need to talk to your coach, and he needs to talk to the refs, or the head assigner and get the rule straightened out
