I'm looking to pick up my cleats for the season. Does anyone have the new Under Armors. I've heard from some people that they are real comfortable, but other people say that the sole sucks or something. Does anyone have them and what do you think?

They are amazing cleats, I have the Intensity Mids. They are a very comfortable cleat, the best I have ever worn. The soles do tend to get a little messed up but it is not a big problem at all, and you could just buy new soles if it bothered you that much. I highly reccomend these cleats.

I actually heard they were pretty bad...
I was told that they're really heavy near the toes...maybe a good cleat to train in?

they are heavier then the superspeeds, but they have good support around the ankles, not the best for a middie or LSM, but they are a solid cleat.

Yeah I'm also looking at them. I considering either getting a new cleat or getting another pair of the brine cleats.

The brine cleats are extremely comfortable and have good support. However they are kinda heavy.

I'm looking for comfortablity, support and speed.

I LOVE THEM!

I have hammer mids

Thing is, these are the only cleats that haven't made my feet sore after wearing them.

One word of advice, the removable hard spikes are very good in the rain. But not in dry weather. The soft molded ones are very good in dry weather but not in rain.

Its comes out even moreso with these cleats than others. Take weather into consideration.

tried on some intensity mids yesterday, although the only size they had was too small by .5-1 size but from what i could tell they were still comfy and i liked them, figure theyd be even better if they were actually my size. will probably get some of them or the metal mids next month

i just bought the metal mids, and theyre extremely comfortable. I haven't had them that long, but they dont seem too heavy to me. I had to get different soles because of my shin splints and theyre fine, and wont cost you too much money if you dont like the ones they come with.

the top two UAs are so heavy and clunky. don't look good to run in. those huge things are lineman cleats, look at the nikes instead

id get the new superspeeds or superbads...i did and i can find nothing wrong w/ them, and although i havent used the UA cleats, the new nikes are awesome

allright i've got the Underarmour Metals. i'm sorry nike and adidas, but these are by far the best kleats i've ever had on my feet. not only do they look cool, but they feel spectacular.

standenup-lineman kleats maybe, but i've never run or felt faster in any other shoe.

this might be an old joke and dont take this the wrong way-but you guys who say that your shoes are too heavy, hit the weightroom and learn how to squat properly :nahya:

The new super speed 3/4 from nike are all you need. You can fly in those.

I personally own the UA Mid D's, and I will also say that they are the most comfortable cleats I have ever owned. It's like playing in slippers that hold your foot in place.... Amazing Traction!!! I have them in White/Orange...

TERRIBLE CLEATS!!! DO NOT BUY!!

i have the Metal Mid or w/e the $110 ones and i hate it.

The cleats wear down really easly, they are already falling apart and ive only had football for two weeks! My feet have blisters everywhere and they kill the archs of your feet.

DO NOT BUY! UA is way to overated now. I already had to replace the metal cleats too.

I will be really suprised if these cleats make it through the football season. Im deffinatly buying Superspeeds as soon as these things wear out.

Loving my Intensity Mids. They're amazing. With my old Nike cleats, I had a huge problem with a bruised toe nail on my right foot, and this solved the problem completely. I've used them in a select league and at camp. Simply amazing.

I keep seeing guys complain about bulk and weight. The "highs" are obviously bigger, and have that big support strap across the top. The mid speeds (or w/e they call em) dont have the strap. You can find lows but it has no ankle support. I had em on a few days ago and they felt great to me. I'm gonna buy them when I get the money.

i love mine
well built, holding togeather well after fall ball. no pain on the break in

as far as the second time wearing them and the bottom ripping off. i find that to be rediculous and im calling for pics.
as far as arch pain, that had to do with your feet. insoles will fix that.
and for the metal cleat wearing down, stop draging your feet when your not on dirt

It comes down to 3 things...Weight, Comfort and Durability. I bought a pair of the Speed Mids and the Intensity (Intensity for practice and Speeds for games) and do not wear them anymore because of 2 out of 3 things. They were comfortable right when I got them. But after they broke in the soles started flexing too much and hurting my arches.

They are also a bit heavier than the Nikes I had before. Mostly noticable when it is raining, they don't breath or dry out as fast as I thought they would. I think the rain also started to make them weaker cause the leather material is starting to fall apart and the soles inside the shoes are peeling up.

I went back to my Nike Speeds. They are reliable and are still the lightest cleat I've worn. Stick with what you know works and you won't be unhappy like I am.

dude for my cleat reccomedation: soccer cleats. some of the lightest, most flexible, most comfortable cleats are soccer cleats. i have never played soccer but theyre the only cleats ill wear

That's right, i wear soccer cleats for three reasons;
1. I live in The Netherlands so soccercleats are much cheaper than importing laxcleats.

2. Soccer cleats are made for soccer, a sport where the player needs to be very versatile. Lax also requires you to be versatile, so soccercleats are a great choice.

3. Most Lax cleats available in the European lax stores don't have traction and i prefer traction because it really cuts in the grass, making me able to change many directions in a short time.

Also PM me, if you have any questions about soccer cleats.

if you want good under armour cleats, get the intensity mids. i used mine all last season and theyre holding up we.., no rips, just your normal smell. they are padded by the toes so theyre good in goal. and i hope no one quotes that goalie comment becasue i run in these during practice so they do see a lot of work.

they are crap in my opinion I went through three pairs of UA cleats in 3 months cause the cleats on the heals keep ripping off
