Ok i have a qustion obut warantees. say I bought my Ignnite supra from Dick's sporting goods and it breaks. It is still under warantee. do I send it to brine with my dick's reciept or do i give it to dick's. help would be apprciated.

You contact brines returns department, they give you a RA number and you ship out the shaft. They determine if you get the new shaft and they will send you out a new one.

Thats the way i would do it as I honestly have no clue what dicks return policy is.

And if they don't want to get you a new one they send back the so called broken one (the reason i say so calld is if they won't give you a new one, yours proaly isn't broken.)

I don't see how they will refuse you a shaft if yours is broken in half? And if your shaft isn't broken why go through the trouble of paying for shipping just to have the same thing shipped right back?

they try to investigate fraud cases where u get one dent and decided "what the hey, ill just break it and get brine to send me a new one" and little Johny goes and breaks his shaft on a tree and gets a new one simple as that. brine wants to see if it actually broke or the person was being retarded
