I am getting ready to dye my Revo pro Carolina (evening blue) that takes half of the stick and then do a splatter affect with black. I have two packets of the evening blue, and one bottle of black. I dont know how much to use of the blue and i have no clue wat to do with black. can anyone help me?

ok, well carolina blue is a very pale blue color. so dont use two packets of blue. but make sure to get more black because it might come out purple

should i leave it in longer. ive heard get the temp. of the water really hot, add salt (but how much?) add the dye, then put the head in and leave it till the water cools to room temp.

Keep the water boiling while your dying it, will make the colors really soak in nicely...

Just make sure your pots are stainless steel.

put it in the black and watch a movie or something. I have used one bottle of black, and it has turned out fine, without salt. i dont even leave it in boiling water, i pour it into a turkey pan and let it sit.
