my triton w/ cata!!!

so yeah i just got my order from jimalax like an hour ago and now im posting the pics. i put white cata on my triton. love it. it threw great before i even put the shooters in. hope you guys like it to. constructive criticism is welcome. please keep in mind that i just strung it and it is only the second head ive strung and havent had time to pound it yet. sorry if things look a little crooked, its hard to take pics by yourself and hold a stick. :clap:

looks good to me.next time you may want to double up on that saddle thogh.

overall its nice but 2 things......double up on the topstring....and tighten ur sidewalls....follow oranges GIANT mesh pocket tutorial..it works wonders

thanks guys....i just didnt want to try to squeeze the string through the tiny gait holes twice and then have it look sloppy. any other comments?



as of this moment the sidewalls are tightened and it is pounded. it has a pretty nice bag. if you think i should put more pics reply to the thread. :agree:


double up on the topstring
another reason i didnt do it is because the string wasnt long enough.

like you said, you need to do a little bit of pounding. also, stirng the sidewalls along the outer sidewall, it wil stretch the mesh out more and prevent lip.

looks nice, but a little shallow-ish. i would go back and double up 2 or 3 times in the middle of the head. but thats just me. and yeah i was surprised when i got my last jima order and it had a free piece of hard mesh in it. i was like...hey, i didnt order this! haha

it throws great! i pounded it a bunch and now it has a perfect pocket with no whip and good hold, cut and burned some strings too. should have new pics up tomorrow or friday of it soo you guys can oogle over its beuty.....lol.

the sidewalls stretched out again after i pounded to pocket to oblivion so ill have to take some needle nose plyers to it.
