Hello all,

I'm trying to recruit some players for Hillcroft Lacrosse Club in London, England.

We are a club with a proud history in the Southern English Lacrosse League - there is no National League in the UK - see www.hillcroftlax.co.uk for details on the club.

We came second in the League last year, finishing on equal points with the winners - hence our title as the best team in London.

If you would like to help us better ourselves this year (and take the title) please get in touch, either through the contact page on the website or by emailing me direct.

Thanks for your time.

Jim

Not Purley this year, TBH they were a bit poor finishing 11 points off the pace. They look like they will step up again this year though, after recruiting an LDO.

Hitchin (out in the sticks north of London) were a bit of a surprise package last year - Ray Harry has done an excellent job of building a solid club with some good import and home-grown players.

I think all the Welsh lads should represent and put PENARTH back on the map.

I think all the Welsh lads should represent and put PENARTH back on the map.

That's going to be tough to achieve, seeing as Penarth have decided to drop out of the Premiership this year.

Honestly, I'm not sad to see them go - the trip to Wales is a right b@stard.

hey hey hey!
at least our lovely welsh weather made up for it! or maybe not...

ah well, no more trips to London 5 times a year - not a bad trip usually, but not fun when getting to the M25 from Cardiff takes as long as getting from the M25 to grounds in central london (spencer, hillcroft, hampstead i'm looking at you here...)
