Depends how u play. If you have it too high then its gonna have loads of whip no matter what you do. I play middi n I like my pocket in the middle cos I find it sits nicely there when I run. If you like to cradle with your stick vertical tho, you want a low pocket so that the ball naturally rests in the deepest part. A higher pocket will give a quicker release whereas a low pocket will theoretically give a harder shot.
Hope that helps.

On attack I use a low pocket which reduces whip. I think that's probably the way to go.

on attack I'd say go high/mid pocket... not too high and not too much towards the middle. This will give u a fairly quick release, good hold on the ball, and virtually no whip. I have it there on all my sticks and I love it

yeh most attackmen like their pockets low but the problem with the profile the pocket naturally forms high its the way it was designed to be

with a high pocket you get more hold but lots of whip i play middie and i have a mid pocket it gives you some whip more hold than a low pocket but like happylaxer said a low pocket gives you better hold when you craddle vertical
