The way I see it Denver is so focused and stacked it's theirs to lose. A balanced offense (10 men scored) and tight D (held Powell to 1 goal) means if they continue to play their game, and Sonke and Brownie are OK, the cup will be in Denver Monday morning.

Any Philly fans out there?

Denver's got it in the bag.
Their Middie line is solid even if Sonke doesn't/can't play. Their attack is superb with Brown, Mundorf and Zywicki. Their defense is anchored with Tierny tending the goal. I expect Mundorf and Law to be key factors in their win.

I don't know much about Philly, but watching the Denver games, they seem amazing. Most of their goals come from transition and the 2 point goals, which is the key to winning games. They have extremly athletic middies, and their attack gets it done. With Zink able to lock off just about any attackman, with the dominant Geoff Snider at the face-off X, and Tierney in goal, they pretty much have it in the bag. I'm for Denver all the way since I'm from there and how awesome would it be to have both lacrosse trophies in Denver!?

Wow, Denver is getting killed 20-7 Philly, 3:28 left in the 3rd

Edit 1: Mundorf score, Denver needs to raise their level of intensity now or they are going to get swept.

Edit 2: Mundorf again.....

Edit 3: Jeff Snider, wins the face and scores, Denver trying to make their comeback.

anyone still want to say denver wins? 20-10 at the end of 3. any questions?

BTW, how about striebel (9) and colsey (6) owning the denver defense all day so far and cantabene racking up just about every f/o. Tierney has 2 personals so far. think he's frustrated?

Congrats to Philly, but i was pullin for Denver, cause I personally thought it would've been great for an expansion team to take it all.
