How do you practice and with pads on or off?

How do u practice like in your backyard do you throw on a wall and just like practice speed or a goal and wrap around and also with your pads on or off?

If I'm going to be playing in the field I will practice with my armpads and gloves on. Maybe my arm pads are just really uncomfortable, but whenever I get used to passing and shooting without them on I can't do anything with them on.

Backyard, which i rarely do, is gloves and maybe aps

I wear gloves all the time. When I practice with my little brother I wear my right arm pad.

i wear gloves. sometimes arm pads. and if i just got a new helmet or shoulder pads or something i wear those too cause i wanna get used to them.

i usally wear nothing usally but some times gloves or unless im doing one on ones with my brother i wear all pads
