Well i have mostly brine stx and warrior lacrosse balls, which are all mostly the same, with the exception of it seems STX ones bounce a little higher. I went down to the local lacrosse shop today and got some Shamrock Lacrosse balls. First off, it deffinatly seems heavier then any other lacrosse ball. Also, it doesn't seem to bounce as high and is a LOT harder. Normaly you get a tiny bit of give if you stand on a lacrosse ball or something, these balls don't have any give. I was wondering if any one else noticed any of this?

you mean DeBeer?
i dont really notice a difference between any of the different companies i use ball wise. all of them feel pretty much the same to me, but for some reason, the Harrow balls seem to be really rubbery, and i like that.

GaBeer means Gait/Debeer, just a shorter way to say/type it.(I think)

The only Ball I have used is an RBK I got at a LumberJax Game, I just use the same one...it's right but I have noticed some difference when I play wall ball with an STX

i think warrior ones stay grippy the longest. whenever i feel a glossy not grippy one, its always a brine..

I think that the warrior balls are actually slightly smaller

I think it's the nature of the game.. harder surface perhaps.. not really sure though..
I think field balls might just have too much bounce, and be a little too dense for the indoor game..
*might be less prone to breaking glass boards>>?? i dunno.,.
they might also be bigger to prevent them from passing through the boxla facemasks..

the indoor balls dont bounce as much b/c if you used a field lax ball indoors, the ball wouldnt roll as much and all shots would bounce around... idk say a thousand feet over the goal. If you used an indoor ball outside it would get stuck in the mud or just take low bounces and roll into the goal.
the one difference i noticed between different companies is that STX, for some reason, had the balls individually wrapped (it purchased individually) and it made their balls really slippery. Warrior, Brine, and i think champion lacrosse have the same balls, but not 100%

All lacrosse balls are the same, ive bought lacrosse balls in the states and in Canada and have all different brands including, Warrior, Brine Championship ball, STX, Eurolax, debeer and shamrock. The Warrior balls even have a "Meets CLA Specs" and "Meets NCAA Specs"
They all bounce the same and are the same size, the only difference is colour.
