Car wash and buy "The Works" and just vacuum it really, it's pretty simple. What kind of car is it?

airfresheners, and just shopvac the seats extra good. Use resolve or some other carpet cleaner for stains. And armorall the dashboard (not stearing wheel)

It depends on what kind of car, really.
And, if you really want it clean, doing what BwineLax said will never be good enough. Even the most expensive carwash can't compare to a self cleaned one, it just can't.

I'm glad someone else recgonizes that doing it yourself is much more rewarding.
