for anybody who has one, just a quick question. it's supposed to deepen your pocket right?

I think its meant to keep your pockets shape when it gets wet. I had one a few years ago, it doesent do much else that a ball/knife doesent do.

just use the ball and knife trick. its the same exact thing as that just free.

You put the ball in the pocket, then put a knife through the sidewalls and over the ball. Then you wet the mesh.

People say it deepens your pocket but I think it is completely useless (unless on some customs) Just double up to get a pocket.

On mesh pockets, It pretty much is useless, unless you didn't double up. I only put it in when the pocket gets wet.

If you are going to get a pocket stretcher/pounder, get the brine one.
