The SC+Ti premier is much lighter than the Ti, but the Ti is stronger. Overall I'd say get the premier if you can afford it and don't need an absolute beast of a shaft, but the choice is yours.

All that needs to be said, has been said. One is stronger, the other is lighter. The decision is yours really. You won't be making a mistake in choosing either shaft as they are both excellent and produced by a very respectable company with good quality control.
