Um, guys, it's the players, although I must admit, the half time talks really did need some work.

they definitely had the players to at least win a few games...maybe still be last in the league but at least win some games. also the coaches weren't very popular with the players.

Coaching staff has alot to do with the Machines failure. The machine drafted well for the future, but still had some great talent. They never did anything with any of it.
Look to see the Machine post at least .500 if they can get a decent coach.

all i kno is that they sucked this year. maybe next year they will do better(they are going to stay right?)

They have talked about moving to a new stadium, but as far as I know they're going to stay in the Chicago area.

According to the article, they "resigned" but it goes on to wish them well in their future endeavors which leads me to believe they were fired.

that management tells you to resign and make you and the franchise good or..
they fire you.
