whenever i string my sticks, i find that after i string a sidewall, the side diamonds the mesh stick out over the sides and such. does anyone know what im doing wrong or know what to do instead?

maybe try tightening the sidewalls like crazy.

it might be the way your doing the sidewall, if you do interlocking sometimes like a 1/2 diamond will be on plastic, also it could be you did some variation of interlocking and its happening

ya i do interlocking, and this is the best pic i have even tho its not that bad in the pic, i just cant get the diamonds to be even. in order to fix it this last time i had to loosen the sidewalls a lot.

Well ur using really thick string, u need to tighten it and u should pull it to the outside by taking the string under the diamond around the sidewall and back into the head.
