I always see people have thing lik +13/-9 or other numbers and things in their signatures... WHAT does it mean!!!! Please respond!!!!1

It just means how many trades they have completed with positive feedback ( + ), and how many bad deals they have made and how many negative feedback points they have had ( - ) in the FS/WTB Forum.
