We're a first year club team and i was just wondering what are some good videos to show the guys what their job or assignment is, good D/goalie videos, Offensive videos, something that shows Slides and good ball movement anything like that. Thanks for the help!

theres also inter-lax.com but thats a little pricey but i heard the videos are pretty good

e-lacrosse has lots of highlights and games being played which will also help a lot, you could also look into mark millions new line of instructional DVD's

e-lacrosse is right....unlimited videos to learn from. for guys who have never played, start with looking at videos from maybe high school to begin with. good luck to your team

Remember, as a team you want to work on you want to work on individual stick skills before you work on Team Defense. If you have the basics down, it is going to be a lot easier to do the harder stuff. Good luck.
