View Full Version : New Game!Almost as good as LAX

Ok, i was at a diving camp for 2 weeks and we stayed in a frat with only one tv and an original nintendo. Even tho super mario brothers and mega man are great games we found making up a new sport involving a tennis ball and a sandal would be better, the name, "Hit the Dude".
You have 2 guys on a team. A "Guy" and a "Dude". teams stand at opposite ends of the hall way with the Guy infront of the dude. The Guy has a sandal and has to try to hit the other teams Dude and protect his Dude. everytime the dude gets hit, its a point for the opposite team. The Dude must stay within 3 feet of the Guy. After a point is scored the Dude gets to serve it up by throwing the ball down the hall at the other team. There is a neutral area at half court where you cannot cross. First team to 3 wins.
This game is so much fun if you get into it.try to play it, tell me what you think.

Unofficial Hit The Dude arena, game best played in hallway of a frat house and or dorm hallway.

wow, diving camp? no wonder you had all this time on your hands to think this crap up! but it does definitely sound interesting

Yeah, I dive for my school, not that bad either. Its the main sport i do. Maybe it will pay for my college.

I saw some kids in the dorm rooms at my local lax camp,nd they played something like this,but with short poles...1 kid got pegged in the balls and couldn`t talk the rest of the day:laugh ,it was hillarious!!

They played it with Lax Ball? Or tennis ball? A lax ball to the nuts would kill.

ive hit a kid with one of those soft warrior balls in the back with a fiddle stick and it left a welt playin around at an stx camp, i can only imagine what a real lax ball would do...

greatest game ever...
two children in two separate trash cans on wheels. two people on each side to push in a hallway, both kids in trash cans fully geared up. the two kids on the trash cans push at the other trio on the other side. when about five feet from eachother, let go. sticks out, its time for some chicken! that was a big hit at my lacrosse camp.

oh yeah, and to get back on topic, great game, good for hours of fun, seriously, me and 3 friends played for like 2 hours until one guy got nailed in the nuts and had to get an ice pack, needless to say, we play a little rough:doh

dude i got hit in the nuts once from a bounce pass during my first season, it hurt like hell and i was down for like 15 minutes
