start low and when i shoot low to hi i tilt my stick a little more i think

with a wormburner(low to low) i just keep it closer to parallel with the ground

just practice...practice makes perfect?

wind up like a crank shot, and release the ball sooner, bend your front knee, lean forward

The best thing anyone on this board can tell you is to just practice. Try to emulate great players and try to mimic their underhand shooting motion. Pick up Mark Millions offensive wizardry if you can't get your hands on some game tape or footage.

I learned how to shoot underhand just by practicing and trying new things out. First I got good at shooting overhand and I slowly started to learn to shoot 3/4 then sidearm and then underhand. If you practice enough it will just come to you.

it's all about when you release the ball.. if you want to shoot it lower, release the ball earlier.. if you want to shoot it higher (riser) release it later..
