I have a team entered into a 7 vs 7 fall tournament in a few weeks. Any advice on offensive, defensive schemes and man-up plays that I should start working on? We are a B level team and I am not sure how simple to keep it.

7v7 is a real grip it and rip it format. Keep guys spread and have them dodge. Unless you have a top crease guy I would spread out in a box and draw and dump. It is also not a bad idea to run a 1-1-2 (two behind the cage) and run a pick and roll initiation from X.

When you pick and roll from behind the cage, what do the other two players do. Leave the one behind the cage? Leave the other up top or should they be moving to?

i would say have the guys up top cutting so there is an option to feed if nessecery. my indoor 7v7 team just goes in a square and we work the ball around until someone dodges or cuts, nothing really complex cause its a smaller feild and more fast paced

After the roll he should go out and the person on the crease should clear out and then the person that rolled, and the person that was on the crease should go out onto the wings, create space and get ready to back up a shot, or get ready to ride the defenders.
