Topstring was done by Jace "The Face" Rauman (by the way, I called to say that the mail room woman said "Is your middle name Hugh?"). He also supplied the Blade itself. Everything else I did. I'm going to have my way with this little number at my next practice. Click on the pics to a link of an even bigger picture.

In closing, I say yes, that shooting string is 100% pure Wisconsin hockey lace. I can only assume that it came off of the backs of Wisonsin cheese growers and lumberjacks; the manliest of men.

I'm sure there are alot of inside jokes there that I didn't get, but nice job. It looks really good, except you should tighten everything up a little bit.

Check the side view before you tell me it's illegal... because it's not.

I agree it looks a little sloppy

Well thanks, but that's the beauty of pics. The 5th diamond is in the middle all of the way down and I have the sides equally tight.

I happen to disagree. Perfection does indeed sometimes look strange. Nice job Stinisonfire... I like high bags

looks good, i love the topstring. but to me the pocket looks too long. like it starts too low and ends too high, like a hot dog, instead of a burger. haha i never thought i would see the day i relate fast food to lacrosse pockets, but here it is. but anyway looks alright. to me it seems like it needs some tidying up a bit around the middle of the sidewall, the mesh looks bunched.

Lol, thanks. I use this to take faceoffs. Pretty much due to the shooting strings, this has no whip with one of the smoothest releases I've ever had. Yeh, I know the sidewalls look bunched. That's what happens when you string a blade and skip diamonds occassionally.

sorry for kinda hijacking but why and when was the blade discontinued? i mean if its such a versitile head and its a decent weight and is nicely pinched?

I don't know. I'd suggest doing some research, since I just strung it up. Sorry I don't know the history of said blade line.
