I never tightened my X-Factors when I had them but when I got Flights I thought they felt really good when I tightened them.

I used to wear them as tight as possible, but then I felt like it was restrictive to my wrist movement. Now I go as loose as possible.

i wear em as loose as they go...that way it dosnt restrict any movement, and its easy to get em' on and off

the tighter the cuffs are, the less mobility your wrist has

if the cuff if velcro very loose cause it still block stick checks to the wrist area

I wear G forces and I just unvelcro the cuff. I was actually surprised at the difference when I first did that.
I take whatever holds it together off. It's hard to cradle one handed with them.

Loosey goosey. I can't stand them when there tight, because they tend to rub on my wrists more which gets annoying. Also, it's a ton easier to slip your hand in and out rather than undo the velcro or really have to force your hand out.
