stringing preference

I have 2 X2's and i had each one strung differently but 2 diff people. But when i use them, i can throw with them well enough and like adjust but i don't like how they're strung. I can string my own sticks and stuff but whenever i string my own sticks they turn out not how i wanted....so what do you guys suggest me do?

keep stringing and stringing and stringing. you can use all the tutorials you want, but a word for word, picture by picture tutorial can't teach the little things that make a stick. such as: loosening/tightening the bottom string, tightness of different strings, rolled vs. weaved shooters, straight vs. u/v shooters, etc.

always leave some extra string when tying off the sidewalls and shooters, this way you can go back and adjust them later if they dont throw the way you want them to. something that helped me find my "perfect pocket" was tightening all of my shooters and leaving them untied then throwing against a wall until it threw how i wanted then i tied my Us and shooters off. also experiment with different pocket depths by doulbing up your sidewalls of looseding your "cheat string" hope that helped and good luck finding the perfect pocket that fits you
