It will probably last you a good year and a 1/2. Don't change it unless you really need to, like there's holes in it or something or another

If it's working for you there's really no need to change it. You should change it when it starts to rip, fray a ton, or becomes too soft, but other than that theres not too many reasons too. Don't just change it just because its been a season, change it when its time.

I change mine every six months for consistency, but its all preference. Don't fix what isn't broken. If you're really worried, you should string up a backup for when that mesh finally does go.

i change mine after the spring season because the scoop and topstring area are normally destroyed. in the off season i change mine once. the 12d normally lasts around a year with good use. i just change mine frequently because i like getting used to new mesh, its a good experience.

i change mine a lot like 2 or 3 times a season but that because i string it to hit the plastic and over time it starts to hit so much it goes the ground. but i mean if its workin for u theres no reason to restring it unless it begins to rip. i would forsure have a backup that is broken in and ready to go if u other does break. I got screwed my freshman year cauase i was new to goalie and didnt have a back up and my mesh ripped. luckily it wasnt to bad and i was able to just throw a sting it but i couldnt throw the rest of the game. it sucked

What's the benefit of it hitting the plsatic? Mine is like that and I hate it.

some people think it makes you throw a little longer if you have a deep pocket or something like that
