whats a good exercise for shooting faster? like as soon as i get the ball i do too many cradles but i wanna work on shooting it faster after 1 cradle or something

Tape your hands to your stick...hah.

But here's a good one. Get a buddy to feed you while you shoot on the back of the net. If you cradle more than once before your shot, 10 pushups. Once the balls are done, they'll be right at the bottom of the net, no need to dig them out or anything.

Just get on a wall and practice one cradle and throw and then shooting will come natural after you can do that.

Hint: You need to learn to cradle the ball on the catch (while your stick gives with the ball). If you can get off a quick shot its prolly going in unless u hit the goalie in the stick or the chest, it doesnt even need that much speed. Its all about the element of suprise.

practice quick stick on a wall and with out a ball turn your back to the goal then see how your shot turns out just by turning and shooting. then just practice not winding up.

Practice shooting without cradling as much as you normally do. How else would you do it?
