I have been offered a fairly new Edge X for my new Revo! I know the Edge X cost some serious bling bling, but I was unsure if its a decent head. I am leary of heads with "fingers" and other artificial pinching etc. It also got some bad write ups on Lax.com and laxshopper too!
Anyone tell me if this head is any good?
thanks!:bye

i think the edge x makes sense the fingers give the pinch to like 0.1cm bigger than the ball without sacraficing the ability to catch. and depending what you play knock down passes. i'd say go for it the kids on tose sites are afraid of change and dont understand innovation

Okay, I have one (no i didnt buy it), I received one free from Brine because they "sponsered" this mid-season AZ allstar game, so everyone on the South received a choice of and Edge-X or Nitrous. Being how most kids would be me and my friends from other schools wanted to try the EdgeX out, because, well it looked really good and was much more expensive. So when stringing it, I could never get it to throw right because it would always hit the plastic, the scoop is like an inch long. So I have never played with it in a game or practice. My friends from other schools practiced with them and they broke within the first week.
So I've trying to sell my EdgeX also, and I'm trying to get a Torque out of it :D . But what you can do is trade your Revo for the EdgeX, buy a Revo from Great Atlantic (they are on sale for like $45) and sell the EdgeX for something.
