How many of you goalies out there warm up with a regular short stick? Does it help increase your reaction time? Does it throw you off when you go back to your goalie stick?

Lets hear your opinions.

i don't see the point in warming up with a shorty unless you play with a shorty...

I have to agree, I really don't see the point of warming up with a shorty unless you are going to use it. Forgive me if this is requoting you PuLsE_SpEeD

what it does is give you confidence, and it makes it easier so when you switch back to your goalie, it makes it seem so much easier cause its so much bigger.

i think it makes things harder because you go from small and to light big and bulky, you need to reverse that.

i dont like to because when you do the person warming you up usually shoots it a lot slower, plus i do a stretch that involves a step-out that i personally thinks help a lot with steps which seems to be the big reason why people warm up with shorties, because of the stepping.
