At the bottom of the page where it says member count(now its 17,577). Does that include people who are banned? So when someone is banned does a number come off?

It doesn't, I don't think.

the u=17780 means he was the 17,780th member to register for TLF. However, the bottom of the page says 17,577...so apparently, we've banned roughly 200 people on TLF (seems like it has to be more though...we get a free PSP spammer every day).
