ok im not a small guy (6'1" 170lbs) but my problem is i cannot take a hit to save my life. i dont know what it is but if someone lays body on me, not even very hard, and i will fall down. i am wondering what i can do to fix this because it is embarrassing.
if this is in the wrong forum feel free to move. i didnt really know where to put it.

Squats and practice balancing on one foot for as long as you possibly can cuz it sounds like you have no leg strength and/or you have no balance.

do karayokes(sp.) up the stairs
If you see a hit coming stand your ground and take it. It doesn't matter how big you are, if you are off balance when you get hit, you will probably go down.

karaokes should do the trick, but always remeber to keep your body low and keep you head up. The lowest man always wins

maybe you should just hit the person back that hits you, then its not as embarassing!
yea squat should help. also try to touch your toe with one hand while lifting the other led and walking. that did the trick for me

doing some balance stuff is good, some off balance hopping drills...and cariocas(sp?) do very well for balance. hand walkups and walkdowns work pretty well...i hope you know what those are.

George ur top heavy, it happens to guys like us. It's all in the legs and like somebody said GET LOW, if your center of gravity is lower than the other guy's then u are not going down. Or keep running and try to just glance it off, or you can always just shake him.
