View Full Version : Help with my practice routine?

Well, now that wrestling season is starting, I'm a bit constrained for time when it comes to practicing lacrosse. My school is 30 mins away from my house, and i have practice after school until 5 every day. That gets me home at 530, every week day.

I figure i can dedicate about a half hour a day to lacrosse practice, monday through friday.

Anybody else have a similar problem, and how did you fix it? How can i be most effective with my time? I was thinking monday wednesday friday i'd play wallball the entire 30 minutes, both hands, and tuesday and thursday i would work on dodging and shooting. Wrestling practice will have me in good shape, so i dont need to be lifting or running. Just working on skills.

Any more specific help?

alot alot alot of wall ball
you might even be able to incorporate dodging in with the wall wall
like catch righty, do a dodge that switches hands and throw lefty, then catch left etc. etc.

I find time in the morning to throw against the wall.. im not much of an early bird but i get to the my school early 30 mins before 1st period and throw in our gymnasium.. so weather doesnt stop me and its a good wake up in the morning..
