One handed cradling

Does the weight to head ration affect where you should one hand cradle? For example, if you had say a fuse on a really light shaft, then would you one hand cradle closer to the throat of hte head, as opposed to having a truth on a monster, would you cradle farther down on the shaft? Thanks!

for me regardless of the weight of the stick i just cradle in the same spot.
near the throat.
right now i use a 1st gen razer with a gait and its definitely top heavy.
i guess in different situations you can do different variations of the one handed cradle but its all preference but most players do cradle near the throat.

You should automatically get a feel for the stick upon throwing and cradling around with it. The spot will just feel balanced and it very well might vary. Put a strip of tape where the perfect spot is and it'll be one less thing you've got to worry about.

it also depends on what your gonna do with your one hand on the stick as in shovel shot , or just slow down the game but
