Taping your stick (pictures)

Alright..

If you can.. take a pic of your shaft showing how you tape your stick..

if you can't take a picture just explain..

A piece of tape around the bottom end, a piece about a foot above it, and a piece at the very top of the shaft. Works for me.

On my short stick...I like to tape a nice big butt end similar to a goalie stick in hockey if you know what I'm talking about just not as big. It shortens the shaft while still keeping it legal and makes it harder 2 get yard saled.

i tape an area from the base of the throat to about the bottom of my hand line. then a tiny bit on the bottom just for some extra grip and to keep the butt on.

I just have the center tape(too lazy for pic) and i tape the butt f the stick.

tape on top and bottom of shaft and 2 lines in the middle area

Alright..

I tape the butt end..

then from the but end up to where i throw i have criss crosses..

then about a foot gap and then 2 pieces of tape for catching

tape about 7 in. up from end cap, and a couple strips where i throw and some at the throat

i ttaped the end cap on my db803 because i like the grip onit already and i taped my klyte like a candy cane cause the grip sucks

I tape the STX deluxe end cap with about a foot or two of tape. Then I tape over the butt end with strips to widen the bottom like a hockey stick. Then I put the remaining tape 2 inches up for cranks, another 5 inches up for regular shooting, and 4 inches past that for catching. And I double up the tape about one centimeter underneath the throat of the head. It's kinda weird, I've never seen anyone tape their shaft like I tape mine, but like all things it comes from habit and what works for me.

i do it cris crosses about 1/3 of the way up from the butt end and do more crisscrosses about 1/3 of the way down from the head. and leave the middle 1/3 open
