im looking for some good drills that i can do by myself so that i can step it up this season. I know that wallball is great but does anyone have another basic drill that really works?

Shooting? Shoot on the run, right after catching a pass, standing still, etc. If you have a brother, sister, parent, or friend that could pass with you, that would help a lot too. That's basically what I did this summer and I have seen some RESULTS. I had one goal during the season (granted, it was the first time I'd ever played, and we had 3 games), and 15 goals in my last 3 games (each game averaged about 15 points).

i do a lot of stuff from behind the goal...ex: inside roll and shoot, run up and do bounce shots or aim for sides & corners, have someone pass it to you for one wing or x and then shoot. idk if you have game experience with being in games, but if you do just simulate what you might have to do in a game---Be creative. have fun with it, otherwise your not gonna wanna keep doing it.
