so i was out in the yard today shooting on my net. and got pissed cuz i wanna work on my weak hand/left. and i have no wall anywhere near me and no one to throw with. so i missed a shot and walked to get it and thought. o well i could just throw into the back of the net. and it works well. really good. just like stand behind the net and throw into it and it roll sback to u. lol
this is only if ur too lazy to pick up your ball after ever shot. lol. but im serious it worked. after like a half hour my left was verrry accurate and consistent. im sure its been done before o well

If you want to work on your off-hand and have it improve really quickly, there's something really simple you can do and it's really effective. Just use your off hand in every day tasks, rather than your dominant hand. If you're right handed, shave lefty, eat lefty, drink lefty, etc. Everything you would do right handed, do it left handed instead (except maybe writing). This is a very quick and very easy way to get the coordination of your left hand up to the level of your right hand. Also, it can be done 24/7 without the use/need of a stick, net, or partner.
It sounds dumb, but it works, trust me.

I remember when I used to play basketball we had a speaker talk about this. I ate with my right hand for months, basically did everything without my left hand and I have to say that it really does make a difference.

I do this alot, I write with my left hand sometimes too, and its not bad hand writing, last year I took a whole test left handed.

Yeah, I heard a couple years back about this. Didn't really start doing it until this summer. Really saw a huge difference in my stick skills. One problem, sometimes my left hand would actually FEEL like it was strong (stick skill wise) then my right. Kind of worried me...
